June Is National Safety Month! In honor of National Safety Month, residents from East Bay, RI and South Coast, MA are welcome to attend Tiverton Police Department’s Child Safety Awareness Day! A child safety seat checkpoint conducted by Tiverton Police and RI Hospital’s Injury Prevention Center will be on hand, as well as, child fingerprinting by New York Life Ins Co. RI State Police will also be conducting simulations via their vehicle roll over machine. Come learn more about recently enacted motor vehicle laws that will help keep our kids safe on the roadways!
