Humphrey’s is Open – Coronavirus Response

To our valued customers:

As the Covid-19 pandemic continues, Humphrey’s has implemented a few changes in operations.

  1. Our retail stores are currently open for curbside pickup only as well as delivery. 
  2. We will temporarily close all locations on Saturdays until the crisis is under control.

This pandemic is both fluid and challenging for all of us. Our goal is to be able to keep servicing the community as we have for over 130 years while focusing on the health and safety of our loyal customers as well as staff. We are taking every precaution within our organization to diligently keep the work environment clean and sanitized and fully expect to be able to continue with the highest level of service that you have all come to expect.

Here is a more detailed plan for each location:

Humphrey’s Building Supply
Tiverton, 590 Main Road.

Effective midnight March 20th, this location will operate with curbside and jobsite delivery only.
Appointments can be made for consultations involving kitchen, window and door design.

  • Pro-Painters, Contractors and consumers will call in their order.
  • For Store Items:
    • All orders will be put up and placed outside for pickup.
    • A text message will be sent to the customer when the order has been completed and is ready to be picked up.
  • For Yard Materials:
    • Customers will have their sales order forwarded to the old security shack
    • Customers will pick up the building materials as they do now.
    • Customers will pick up their hardware at the gate upon exiting.
Humphrey’s Paint Center
Middletown, 750 Aquidneck Ave.

Effective midnight March 20th, this location will operate with curbside delivery only.

  • Pro-Painters, Contractors and consumers will call in their order.
  • All orders will be put up and placed outside for pickup.
  • A text message will be sent to the customer when the order has been completed and is ready to pick up.
Humphrey’s Window & Door Design Gallery
Middletown, 8 Coddington

Effective midnight March 20th the Gallery will be closed and will operate via email and phone. Gallery appointments can be made on a limited basis.
